Camp Shield, a Christian leadership training boys' camp, was started in 2008 to build Christ-like character, teamwork, leadership, and courage into the lives of boys. Training includes dealing with many specific issues facing young men today. Camp Shield's staff is made up of teachers, firefighters, medical professionals, athletic directors, ministers, other professionals, and devoted fathers. The Camp Shield senior staff has been working together with youth and families for over 20 years. They are experienced and are dedicated to ministry. Much of our staff also work together at Vanguard Christian Institute, a private Christian school

educating since 1985.
